MIGDAS is a conversational, strengths-based approach used in our autism assessments. It relies on natural conversation around your interests rather than a rigid set of tasks, and is designed to feel comfortable and put you at ease.

A psychologist calls you for 15 to 20 minutes to talk through your situation, answer your questions, and confirm the assessment is a good fit before you commit to anything.

You still receive a full feedback session and written report. An outcome is never guaranteed in advance, and the assessment is designed to give clarity either way.

Comprehensive private assessments like ours are not bulk-billed, and there is no Medicare rebate for the assessment itself. Free or low-cost assessments are sometimes available through the public system, though waiting times can be long.
