A Comprehensive, Neuroaffirming Assessment
Our adult autism assessment begins with an initial interview to understand your personal history and how autism shows up for you day to day. The clinical assessment uses the MIGDAS approach · a conversational, strengths-based method designed to feel comfortable and natural. We draw on standardised tools measuring adaptive functioning, self-reported autistic traits, social camouflaging or masking, and social responsiveness.
You do not need a referral to book. Please note that assessments are not covered by a Medicare rebate.

Your Report
Following your feedback session, you'll receive a written report explaining your results, what they mean, and your next steps or support options. It's suitable to share with other professionals involved in your care, or to use in accessing support at university or in the workplace.
A Formal Autism Assessment vs. a Free Online Test
Free online screeners like the RAADS-R can be a reasonable starting point, but they can't do what a formal assessment does. Read more about the RAADS-R →
| Free Online Test | Our Autism Assessment | |
|---|---|---|
| Conducted by | An anonymous online algorithm | An AHPRA-registered psychologist |
| Interview method | Self-report questions only | Conversational MIGDAS clinical interview |

| Diagnostic outcome | Not a diagnosis | A formal diagnostic outcome |
| Written report | No | Yes, shareable with professionals, university, or your workplace |
| Cost | Free | $1,520 total, free triage call first |
A free screener can help you decide whether to look further. A formal assessment is what gives you a definitive answer and a report you can actually use.

One total price, covering everything from your first interview to your written report.
